The Kentucky Derby Customer Appreciation Event

As a Louisville, KY based organization, we at Preferred Medical try to provide our customers with a little taste of Kentucky every year around derby time. 2024 marks our 5th annual Kentucky Derby Virtual Race where we provide a fun way for our clients to enjoy the race and hopefully win a prize!

We couldn’t be more thrilled to enjoy the fastest 2 minutes in all of sports with the most important part of our Preferred Medical family: our customers. This is a time for us to celebrate you and show our appreciation for our shared partnership.

This year’s race will be held on Saturday, May 4th, and it marks the 150th running of the most famous horse race in the world. There are 20 horses that compete each year at Churchill Downs, but we want to encourage all of our clients to participate, so we will be holding many races simultaneously to accommodate everyone that would like to play along. The concept is simple, and open to all current Preferred Medical client representatives:

• • Fill out the entry form below – one entry allowed per person.
  • By filling out the form, you will be entered into one of our races randomly.
  • We will attempt to place colleagues from the same organizations in the same races.
  • Pole positions for each race will then be assigned and distributed at random.
  • Tune in on Saturday, May 4th to see how your horse does.
  • This year we will be giving away prizes to those lucky enough to have a horse that either wins, places (2nd), or shows (3rd).
  • There will be additional opportunities to win a prize for any participant that is assigned a horse who is scratched from the competition, which happens almost every year. We will turn your bad luck into good luck!

Entries are now closed.  If you submitted an entry, you should be receiving an email with your assigned horse Friday, May 3rd.
