Jessica Bartell has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and workers’ compensation industries. Throughout her career, she’s held key leadership positions across strategic initiatives, provider relations, and financial management. Most recently she served as SVP, Corporate Initiatives at One Call, where she led critical strategic and transformation projects, oversaw corporate KPI reporting, and contributed to investor relations and board meeting preparations. Prior to this, she served as VP, Provider Relations and Analytics at OptumRx, where she was responsible for managing over $300 billion in annual drug spend.

Jessica’s extensive background in the workers’ compensation market stems from nearly two decades in progressively responsible positions at Progressive Medical, Helios, Optum Workers’ Comp and Auto division, and One Call. In these roles, she developed and managed comprehensive provider networks, negotiated contracts to optimize network margins, and oversaw financial analysis and significant customer accounts.

She began her career at Cardinal Health, holding various roles in pricing, financial analysis, and business development. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from The Ohio State University. She is originally from Dayton, OH and currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, and staying active.
